Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers

Ideal for many occasions from parties to brunch.
Ingredients:
4 mini bell peppers |
4 oz cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon ranch seasoning |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon chopped dill |
Directions:
- Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds.
- Add the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and chopped dill to a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
- Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture into each pepper half. Enjoy!
